Luento ja konsultaatiot järjestetään maanantaina 3.12.2012 TWIDin toimistolla osoitteessa Vuorikatu 16 A 8, 00100 Helsinki. Yhteinen osuus alkaa klo 10 ja kestää tunnin. Luento ja konsultaatiot ovat maksuttomia.

What is the additional value that TWID can bring for service business owners and CEOs? According to TWID customer survey most of our customers think than TWID has brought them better communication as well as more quality content and a classier layout for their website. Some respondents also thought that TWID has improved the quality of their customer service, increased their customer loyalty AND brought them new sales leads!

According to the survey our customers think that the most important feature of TWID is to be a mobile channel for customer-staff communication. The second most important feature for them is the e-shop, where the end-customers can buy memberships as well as other products and services. Our customers also consider the booking calendar very important. The calendar enables for example the end customer to book their favorite spot for a group exercise class.

Our customers think that the best thing about TWID is its ease of use. They are wishing for a nice newsletter template that they could use in e-mail marketing. This is a great idea and we will take it into consideration! Some respondents were also wondering how to get their members active on TWID. This is also something that we can help you with! The Finnish magazine Markkinointi&Mainonta ranked 12 most innovative startups in the Finnish media and marketing industry. In addition to TWID the magazine selected Applifier, Hammerkit, Kiosked, Scoopshot, Mobile Backstage, Scoopinion, ThingLink, Transfluent, Tuubio, Third Presence and Web of Trust to the list. According to the article this creative group of companies reverses the outdated proposition that Finnish innovations are too technology-driven and that startup companies don’t know how to market themselves.

“Even though the listed companies are still young and their turnovers are modest, many of them have managed to acquire some major international customers”, the article praised. What combines most of the companies on the list – in addition to promising international growth – is strong customer orientation. The listed web applications do business for example by combining different social media channels, filtering media content and helping to improve customer retention.
